Polis luxury studios and apartments borders the historic Thessaloniki city center. Thebuilding’s architecture is based on symmetry and minimalism, and bridges the gap between the listed historic buildings and the contemporary ones.

The interior designer’s aim was to create urban, cohesive, minimalistic and hospitable spaces, while maintaining the original set up of the studios and apartments. We preserved the kitchens and bathrooms, and designed the rest of the rooms and common areas; introducing clean lines, uncluttered surfaces and rich textures. The custom made and ready furniture is efficient, simple and minimal. The natural light, combination of earthy and grey tone-on-tone shades and the balance of cool and warm materials exudes a feeling of peace and coziness in all the areas.
